I also know a lot of you have questions about, supplements, protein, vitamins, minerals and how to stay healthy as a vegan. I can answer all your questions too.
Most of you know I have been on this journey for some time and I really enjoy sharing with you my exciting food discoveries.
I asked recently what would you like me teach you and most people said ‘How do I become vegan?’ 'How can I transition from a meat based diet to a plant based diet?'. 'How can we do this on a daily or weekly basis? How can I intergrate more vegan food in to my weekly meals?'.
So now I have created a cooking class to help you integrate into a plant based diet without too much fuss, cash or stress.
